Whole and Half Lambs

Buying a whole or half lamb will save you a significant amount of money and ordering before the lamb goes to the processor allows you to customize your cuts. A whole lamb will yield approximately 30-40 lbs of packaged lamb for the freezer and occupy about 1-2 cubic feet of freezer space.

Half Lamb: $10/lb

Description of Cuts
